Shipping policy

Product Availability, Lead Times and Fulfilment:

Processing time: All orders are subject to production and fulfilment lead times prior to shipping. Each piece is estimated to ship within the lead time specified on its respective product page.

We carry both “made to order” and “in stock” pieces. Made to order pieces are custom made for you when you place your order and usually ship within 2-6 weeks. In stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days.

Please note: While we aim to ship your order within the lead time specified on the product page, please note that the lead times specified serve as estimates only. The actual time to ship your order may vary, depending on production capacity, overall demand, and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, or require an order by a specific date (i.e. for a special event), please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@solorra.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: May vary by destination, please refer to the shipping flat rate specified upon checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: Will be provided upon shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: Are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping time: For delivery within Canada, orders usually leave our location within 1-3 business days of order placement and will arrive at their destination in Canada within 2-10 business days, depending on destination. For shipments to the US, please expect 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on destination and shipping service selected. The transit time for international orders is 3-9 business days, depending on destination.
