General Conditions

At Solorra, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards. Below are the specifics of our return policies, applicable depending on the type of item purchased.

Made-to-Order and In-Stock Items

For all made-to-order and in-stock items, we offer a 10-day return policy for store credit or exchange, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@solorra.com within 10 days of receipt. We are happy to provide a return shipping label for your convenience, though the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders and Final Sale Items

All international orders and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact us at hello@solorra.com before purchasing if you have any questions about these items.

Initiating Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@solorra.com with your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon Receipt of Returned Items

Upon receiving your return, we will issue a store credit or send a replacement piece, if arranged. Please note, we do not cover refunds for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Ensure your items are securely packaged in their original packaging and include tracking information and insurance for your protection.

Damaged Items & Other Issues

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@solorra.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item so we may promptly review and address your concerns.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
